Terms and Conditions
- Bookings of any service at any social club can be done through web-access portal only.
- Booking of the social club service is exclusively available for the users with entitled benefits.
- Access to the one specified social club is limited to once per month.
- Entry to some clubs will be subject to availability of physical membership card. Information pertaining to the same will be mentioned on Webaccess.
- All bookings must be made as per the booking conditions through the DreamFolks portal. Direct walk-in would not be honoured by the club.
- Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by DreamFolks team on the Webaccess portal and/or email and/or through WhatsApp.
- It is important for the members to provide accurate details while making a booking to avoid any last-minute confusion at club.
- Customers are required to present the welcome letter along with a government ID at the club for getting the access.
- DreamFolks shall not be liable for any acts and/ or omissions on part of the club, including without limitation matters relating to cleanliness, deficiency in service, quality of food, foreign objects in food, wrong order being served, time taken to serve and/ or any other experience of the customer at the club.
- DreamFolks offers a fixed pre-defined service at the clubs.
- No Additional service other than the one booked would be offered at the Club.
- For any transaction(s) done directly between the Customer(s) and any outlet operator/ service provider/ third-party, DreamFolks shall not be responsible in any manner, including without limitation matter relating to payment and/ or service dispute etc.
- Any changes or rescheduling of an existing booking will be treated as a new booking, and the standard booking turnaround time (TAT) would apply.
- The Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, staff unavailability, low attendance).
- Any damages caused by the customer to club’s property or any other guest/s or their property must be compensated by the responsible party and to be dealt directly between the parties. DreamFolks is not responsible for providing any compensation whatsoever in this case.
- Club has the right to terminate or refuse entry/ service to a customer who is either highly intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the club, or any statutory, regulatory terms or governing authorities’ policy, including but not limited to health and/ or safety policies, and/ or fire and/ or weapon and/or safety regulations. Any unwarranted behaviour with staff or other guests, advances, comments and/ or requests made will result in immediate termination of service/membership without any refund and/ or further recourse.
- Customers are responsible for their guests’ behaviour and must ensure compliance with Club/DreamFolks policies.
- DreamFolks & the participating Club reserves the right to modify or relocated bookings if required. Consent for the same will be taken in advance from the primary Members in case of any significant changes.
- DreamFolks explicitly disclaims any warranty in relation to the service, and shall in no manner whatsoever, be responsible for any claims relating to and/ or arising out of Customer’s use of service, including without limitation, any claims relating to sickness, injury (including personal injury), death and/ or any sort of costs, damages, losses etc. suffered directly and/ or indirectly by the Customer, related persons and or any third party.
- Not more than 5 bookings can be placed at one time.
- DreamFolks reserves the right to update the list of outlets where the service will be available or options (as the case may be), from the existing inventory without prior notification.
- By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation and/ or qualification, all terms and conditions associated with the Service.
- DreamFolks reserves right to modify any of the terms and conditions with a prior intimation as per standard timelines.
All clubs are governed by specific policies such as:
- A restricted operating time duration
- Enforcement of a dress code, or a restriction on the attire
- Other specific rules, such as for guest, for child, for pet, etc.
- Customers are requested to make prior enquiries with the club to avoid any inconvenience/cancellation.
